In order to best respond to enquiries, we use a helpdesk ticketing system located at help.alesbymail.co.uk. Emails sent to us are automatially routed through to this system. You can access the helpdesk by clicking the image below - it will open in a new browser window.

The helpdesk allows you to create a login (sorry, it's a separate system and doesn't use the account information from the store) to view your tickets at any time. This is not compulsory however, any responses from us to your enquiry will also be sent to your email address.

The helpdesk also contains our FAQ, fully-searchable, that will try to assist you even as you are typing your question to us!
